Prior to my experience with Nico (Zjamonte Hamlet) I would have thought it completely unthinkable that I would be writing a review for a car salesman. That was before I met Nico. What an outstanding, exemplary professional! We were looking to sell our car. We had lots of other pressures in our system that day and we needed to cut to the chase: what's the best price they can give us. Nico quickly mobilized to make it all come together. We got a fair price. My urgency was his urgency. He made the transaction come together quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly. He worked with all the people within Arlington Honda that he needed approval/engagement from -- from the mechanics inspecting it to the manager approving the deal to the finance person cutting the check. He kept us updated on progress throughout. We were out of there in less than an hour. We got what we think is a fair price. We're beyond thrilled with the experience we had with him. He is the consummate professional. If you need to buy or sell a car, ask for Nico. He's simply outstanding!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Brown’s Honda and working with Emmy to purchase my car. I had called a number of other Honda dealers and Emmy was by far the best, most organized, straight forward and genuine. Everything was always very clear and he went out of his way to ensure I would have a vehicle that worked best for me including answering a ton of questions for me. Some dealers will try to add sneaky fees and not be transparent but that was never the case here. The entire Brown’s Honda team made the purchase seamless from Jake who helped with my financing and worked to find me the best fit for my needs and Polo making sure everything was coordinated and taken care of. I highly recommend purchasing from this group and working with Emmy to find the car you’re looking for!

I bought a car in this dealership im sooooo Happy the salesman name Jose garcia Oh my gosh his so nice if i can give him 10 stars ill give him 10 stars. He knows everything in the car sit down explain everything one by one. & his not like on the other dealership once your inside your obligated to buy. He said if you dont like it no need to buy it. I like him. If your planning to buy a car go to brown honda in Arlington va look for Jose garcia. His a nice Guy he’ll help you! I recommend this place.

Displeased with the customer service received here. I called to inquire about a vehicle that was for sale- upon my initial inquiry, the salesperson who was speaking to me scoffed and complained about taking photos of the undercarriage, and when I asked for his name again he told me, "uh George". Called back and spoke to a manager, who informed me he'll help me out. Awesome. I call back again the next day, as I had not received any updates/photos from the manager (Paulo?) and was informed someone had begun the purchase process. I call again over a week later, as the vehicle is still listed, and found the deal fell through. I ended up speaking with the same salesperson who lied to me about their name, and got the photos I needed. I was set and excited to buy the car. Spoke to a different gentleman in the sales department, Fazle, and was to call back to begin the purchase process today, Monday 10/3. Upon calling around 12:25pm after getting my documents in order, a sales manager Nico, explains that a customer is on their way from PA and will be there within 30 minutes- after I informed him that I had already spoken to Fazle about this vehicle. I call back around 4:00 to see what the status is, and they tell me the customer is about a half-hour away- 4 hours later. I don't want to make a big stink about anything, however I put time and effort into the research, found the vehicle I wanted, had lackluster follow-up and have now for the second time not had the opportunity to purchase the vehicle of interest. As an out-of-state buyer, I feel I should have had fair opportunity given my efforts of correspondence and inquiry into this vehicle, and find it extremely disappointing to see they care about immediacy rather than integrity. Just my two cents. Fazle was nice enough, Paulo was nice enough. Just can't wrap my head around the rest.
