Always helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Love going to the Naugatuck store. Always have what I need. A few years ago , my daughter was collecting Mario figures for Monopoly. I went to five states to get the figures on different trips. I got the last one ordered from a store in Pennsylvania and delivered to Naugatuck. She was so happy having the whole set.

Firstly these answers aren't coming from GameSpot- 2nd they don't "fix" anything. Lastly the best but crappiest option is the best. Log onto your Sony account and choose repair - you'll have to mail it to them (no external stuff) and they'll fix it and get it back to you professionally and quickly. I'd not trust that repair to anyone local. Lastly anyone not certified working on it will void you're warranty.
Doesn't seem to be there yet, and probably won't be.
