Very unhappy with care at this facility. Family member has declined since being here just over a year. Understaffed, building needs basic maintenance (painting, upgrading, cleaning fixing broken equipment). Patients sit around most of the time without interaction. Everyone is very passive/aggressive. They YES you to death about your inquiries and then you see no resolution (or they are temporary). Older adults should be taken of much better 😞
