They really need to do a better job keeping the place clean. The womens locker room is gross. The bathroom floors are always soaking wet, the sauna has hair and dust everywhere. For what they charge they should be cleaner and better maintained.

When i walk in to the ymca they offered me the all building i can use the pool the gym the basketball court and everything..Now i go and the gentleman there say the pool now is closed from 12 pm to 3 pm then from 4pm to 8 pm is closed to the public then he say is not every day only monday to friday ge is the dummy of the year not every day ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY this people keep taking money from people acct and you not allow to use the pool and basketball court is always packkkkkkkkkk so I can’t do nothing in the ymca the only thing i can do is swimming and now is closed from monday to friday from 12 to 3 then from 4 to 8 ..but not evert day he say only monday to friday .. we should cancel and ask for the money back when you guy call ask for Mark he is the inexperienced CEO I GUESS THEY DONT CARE FOR THE PEOPLE THAT PAY EVERY MONTH

Terrible experience. We purchased private swim lessons and it took months to finally get someone on the phone to schedule after repeated calls and even being told I would get a call the next day at one point. When we finally scheduled a day and time we had two weeks cancelled without getting notification until the night before or one of them only 3 hours before due to a training that was being held at the same time that she forgot to tell us about. I was unaware of the community membership and when I called to cancel they make you come in to complete a form that apparently cannot be done electronically.
