Is this an overcharge? before giving one start I'd love to hear from someone who knows that this is all right. Today (9/17/22) went for an oil change as always they tried to sell stuff, nothing new with that. However I did have to replace engine and cabin air filter. Engine filter was $25+ and cabin filter $67+ they charged $67+ for cabin airfilter. A filter that cost less than $12 at any autoparts and this place charged 4 time over. Does anyone has had this experience? Is this normal?

It seems that some of their male employees treat women with much less respect than men. The heavyset bold guy is very rude , unless you're a male. I've also heard one of their guys refer to their manager as "that c...". Never going back there again.

I came here to get my tires rotated and AC recharged. Wait was about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all! If you have to go to a dealership, you usually have to wait 2 hours. Greg helped me out. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Excellent experience overall! I've come here for an oil change in the past and the free car wash was really nice.

🚫🚫🚫 do not go!!! I went for an oil change last week, they changed the oil and double gasket the oil filter. I had no idea and went home. The next morning on my way to work the oil light comes on and I check and I have basically no oil. I went to my mechanic and was told they double gasket the oil filter. Since this Happened my car is making a weird noise. I went back to tell them what happened. They changed the oil again free of charge and said the car should be all set and the noise should stop. The assistant manager then offered me a free next oil change. The next day the noise started up again. I went back to tell them what’s going on about the noise. The assistant manager then asked for the card for the free oil change and said they are going to email me an offer for a feee oil change (that never happened). After that they refused to help any further with the car. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. Could damage your car and leave you with the bill.
