Purchase a Frigidaire upright freezer from you. Was very happy with the customer service. Staff was very friendly & called ahead when the delivery wasn't going to make it as scheduled. Rescheduled delivery for the next day and gave me a $50 visa gift card for my trouble. I previously (within a month before this) had problems with Lowes & Best Buy scheduling delivery and even rescheduling delivery (after I waited all day for the delivery, then called them) and they did not even have the freezer available. I was very pleased that Queen City contacted me with any problems beforehand (unlike the other 2).

Queen City showed online that the Opal 2.0 nugget ice maker was in stock and advertised on sale with available additional warranty for purchase.They had an incredible price on this machine and also had this ice maker actually up and running in store. This was a great idea as you could sample the great chewable ice. I had also checked the reviews online and asked about the additional warranty. At first the sales person said the warranty was not offered for this ice maker. But, when l told her it was advertised for purchase online, she offered to check with management by phone. The person on the phone stated that this was indeed covered by additional warranty. The ice maker and the additional 5 year warranty were purchased and the icemaker is working great and making great ice. An awesome experience at Queen City in Morganton. Thanks!!

The sales staff was very careful in helping me determine exactly what I needed. The prices are fair and delivery was on time. They got my new washer set up within a few minutes and all is well. I will definitely go back to them when I need another appliance.
