Ordered leather recliner in March 2022 and now delivery not expected until December. I understand supply chain issues but this is getting ridiculous. Won’t even wave delivery fee for the inconvenience. Buyer beware.

Jan 2022: Bree took the time to listen to what we needed and found us several options...some of which we hadn't considered and ultimately loved and purchased. We were impressed by the iclean fabric and the warranty offered by LaZBoy. This was our first time in the showroom and I wish we'd have done it years ago. 7/27/22 Update...original review was January 2022. Delivery was supposed to happen "end of July". Well...it's the end of July and I still hadn't heard anything so I placed a phonecall to the showroom. Salesperson couldn't find my order. Transferred me to manager vm. He returned my call and told me he would look into my missing order and call me back. Hadn't heard anything by next afternoon, so I called the showroom again. AssMgr tells me my order is going to be end of August due to a fabric delay. No apology for the delay or huge breakdown of communication. There was no offer to expedite or be of any help whatsoever. No cares were given. LaZBoy overpromised and has quite literally failed to deliver....and doesn't care because they are still getting paid. NEVER AGAIN. Update 2...it's September. Still nothing.

We had a great experience with Deb Kelly at the Lazyboy store in Lexington, SC. Deb was knowledgeable about their products and attentive, yet still gave us time to look on our own without any pressure to buy. We were looking for 2 Leather Recliners in a specific color and Deb was able to order them for us. We would highly recommend asking for Deb if you are in the Columbia area and looking for a good quality recliner. Thanks, Deb!

Yes. All La Z Boy mechanisms have a lifetime parts warranty. There is a trip charge and labor charge to repair or replace. Call the store on Sunset, they can give you the number to customer service in Rock Hill. You will need the ACK number from your recliner. Under the footrest and under the back part of the chair.
Do you do repairs to swivels of all manufacturers?
There is same day pickup on a number of items in the store.
