Have used a-z for service and repairs since 2018. With other things I have had my carburator rebuilt once and replaced twice. My last visit for repair took three months. After several inquiries I was finally notified it was ready for pickup, I was not given a total and when I arrived to pay the bill it was a $25 added fee for using a credit card. I asked the lady at the counter and said she would remind the other employee to tell people in the future, but I am out an additional $25. Absolute terrible customer service and I can only hope this $700+ repair lasts longer than others they have done.
