Dr. Glasgow was fantastic. What incredible care from a physician in a care center. He took the time to review my previous charts, consulted me on what tests he recommended and, when test results arrived, immediately prescribed necessary medications. Really exceptional care that exceeded my expectations. Friendly entrance staff, as well.

At Prime Care, Dr. Sheets makes and takes the time to listen and forms a patient/doctor relationship with you. 1st time visiting this practice but I should have read the reviews. Went in, filled out my paperwork and listed the address to the pharmacy I wanted my prescriptions sent to. Sat outside at the pharmacy for 30 minutes to give them time to fill it. Went in and found out PrimeCare sent it to a wrong pharmacy which was over 20 minutes out of my way. I call em back so they cafix it, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes and she comes back and tells me to call the wrong pharmacy and have them send it to the right one. I express my irritation, mind you I'm already feeling bad that's why I went to them, she tells me hold on again 5 more minutes and then she tells me they going to send it to the right one. Go back into the pharmacy and they still don't have my prescription. Never again, I'll stick to the urgent cares I been using. Update...tried calling the other pharmacy to see if Primecare canceled that order and they keep reseting the hold music, check the right pharmacy and they still don't got the prescription. Update again, next day.....After waiting forever yesterday only one prescription came through to the right pharmacy but I left cause I didn't have anymore time to wait. Returned to the pharmacy today and guess wat.... still No prescriptions. They tell me the prescriptions are still at the other pharmacy but now they going to pull them over and fill em. And PrimeCare responded to my review but my issue is still not resolved so wats the use in calling...seems the 3rd time will not be a charm.....
