I didn't know Del Amo Fashion Center have lockers. I had never seen any lockers there, probably because I wasn't looking for it to use it. Sorry I wasn't able to help.

It's a outdoor open air mall , there are no mall doors , surveillance is 24/7 , so if you are planning anything you will be caught , you will be found , you will lose - lol

last time i went ive seen so many dogs that werent service dogs and nobody said anything . i think you have to keep them in a little bag (which is safe for them) or hold them around . when u go outside u can walk them . but u have to clean after it .

No, it was at one point in time in the 80's, but there are others that have surpassed it long since. It has been resilient though, and after many ups and downs in the economy, Del Amo is still relevant. You might wanna know that the movie Back To The Future has its first De Lorean scene filmed in one of Del Amo parking lots, when Montgomery Ward was still around (dept store), where currently the 18 cinema and open restaurants are.

No you can't bring your kitten. Service Animals are the only animals allowed in the mall, but I have seen people with small dogs in their purses, and in dog strollers, so I guess you can get away with it if you utilized one of those techniques!

There are a couple of outlets near the entrances close to H&M as well as a seating area next to the escalators on the same side where you can sit to charge your device. If you have an iPhone you can always sneak into an apple store for a few minutes and charge up there as well.
