last time i went ive seen so many dogs that werent service dogs and nobody said anything . i think you have to keep them in a little bag (which is safe for them) or hold them around . when u go outside u can walk them . but u have to clean after it .

I don't know about that one,but me being a Military Veteran,I know if its a daily life dog(blind, health issues or aide)it shouldn't be a problem
No dogs are allowed to go inside of store or movie theater only and only service pets allowed to go in but they dhould have all legal documentation.
