I’ve seen people bring dogs in that clearly aren’t service dogs. I think you should be fine.
It says no dogs allowed but there are always dogs there small and larger ones! My chick brings the lil Chihuahua and no one cares

Service dogs are the only ones allowed to walk inside the mall. Pet crates or strollers are needed if you’d like to bring your furry friends inside the mall.
