No you can't bring your kitten. Service Animals are the only animals allowed in the mall, but I have seen people with small dogs in their purses, and in dog strollers, so I guess you can get away with it if you utilized one of those techniques!
Pets should stay at home
I would suggest calling the Lazy Dog Cafe and see if they do. If they allow dogs, I would be surprised if they don't allow other pets. But i defer to their better judgement.
