So I read about this place and have been wanting to try it. I was finally in the neighborhood, while they were open, and hungry too! So I dropped on in. A hole in the wall is definitely accurate, but that's where the mediocrity ends. I was greeted warmly by who I assume to be the proprietor. He was friendly, he was fast, clean, and did I mention friendly? He took my order, battered and dropped the fish in front of my eyes. I was slightly disappointed to see the fries come out of a freezer bag, but honestly, I'm there for the fish. We'll, the golden brown deliciousness that the man produced did not disappoint. It was hot, flaky, smelled great, tasted great, and was just the right amount of oily. My mouth is watering now! The fries, as I expected, were just ok. I'd definitely go back!
