Chai Tee
It has everything you need, from banks to Walmart, restaurants, pet supplies, and everything in between! If you can't find it at this one stop shopping center, it's very near by. We went to Islands restaurant and it was a wonderful beach-themed setting and menu. A little pricey, but it was worth it!

this place is like the boujee Walmart and friends you'd see just outside a gated community. got some great stuff here, tons of parking. legit cross between a strip mall and an outdoor shopping mall.

the wallmart has a huge inventory, always has what I'm looking for. food section is great. the fresh fruits n vegetables are always low inventory. great place to get what you need

I wish it opened immediately but I haven't heard of portos coming out here
