This branch is horrible! Not only the staff has no clue on how to provide customer service, there is ALWAYS just one teller window open to service a loooong line.

We had an appointment at 10 am and we received a call a few minutes earlier. If we were here , I told them I was 5 minutes away . When I came in the security guard was really nice and open the door for my grandparents and I . When we enter William one of the employees was super super rude to us . He said “wait , wait , wait to much people inside you guys need to come out . He was the most rude person we had to meet here at the back . We had to put in a complaint for him

Had a problem with online payment of my mortgage so I came here. Overall not a bad experience but then again it was not outstanding. My problem with WF is that they always are selling you something and when you don’t want anything new they stop caring. This branch had that attitude but what can I say, I did what I needed to do and that was it.
