It was a mess when I first came here, nothing was done when I arrive. I came here to get rehab for my ankles I broke it. When going to the bathroom was a nightmare, had to wait sometimes over 2 hours for someone to come. Let's face it at my age 68 it's hard to hold it in, if you cough or sneeze everything will come out. I learn to use the wheelchair to go to the bathroom by myself it's faster. I still have to sometimes wait a long time for my pain meds. Things seem to get a little better when my daughter came up and put her foot down, she got some results, my granddaughter also came up to talk to them about everything to. I know they have others to take care of, but it shouldn't take that long to come to them. They are all nice, but some are so slow, but yet others can't do enough for you. Also some of thier food are horrible, whoever does the cooking needs cooking lessons, coffee can be hotter, I hate drinking cold coffee. There's was a lot of other issues, but I think they were taken care of.

Never place a loved one in this rehabilitation facility. My father broke his arm there because they had failed to place him in non-slip socks. Afterwards, the staff would not assist him with toileting, nor would they cut-up his food for him, unless I called to request this. Some of the aides actually taunted and teased my father. Furthermore, phone calls made to this facility were rarely answered, and when they were answered, the staff would often sigh with exasperation. Ultimately, my father would sit for hours on end in a soiled diaper because his calls made to the nurses' aides' station also were rarely answered. The one-star rating is being given only because the review cannot be posted without a minimum rating. Otherwise, this would be a zero rating.

First of all I have lived here for the past 2 years!! I want to say they just sold this home and we as residents have not gotten any info of how this will effect us! We originally heard about this from staff the day it was official! For some reason this whole sale has been hush hush! I want to say most of the staff are great! Food is great and some of the housekeeping staff are really great, some of them go out of their way to help me! Food is good and the dietary staff was working on some great changes! Activities are good when we are able to have them! However there are issues with the person in charge, she has no empathy for the residents and will do nothing about complaints! Staff is under paid and over worked. They need to show a lot more appreciation for all they do for their residents! They make the days more tolerable! No place is perfect but they need a lot of changes!! I know I will probably get into trouble for stating my opinion but I had to say something! Frey was sold as of December 1, 2021, as of 12/16/2021 we have not had any info about the company that bought the home and we can’t find them on the internet!

Apparently, No toilet paper given at facility. My mother in law asked for to, and 9 hours later she got it. Needed help to get to the bathroom, 2.5 hours later, after she couldn't hold it anymore someone finally came. This place should be cited!
