New....but it looks decades old. Cobwebs all over the windows, ceilings, stairs, elevator, etc. Needs attention of a cleaning service NOW.

Yes parking is great. Make sure you give yourself time to get down to where you aboard train. They are very on schedule and I'd say a good 5 min from time you park and take elevator and stairs... or 10 min to be safe. It's free to park as well
