Went in the store with the intent of it being a quick visit. All I needed was a drumhead… seemed like all the staff in the store went on a break at the exact same time. Nobody around to cash me out as one employee simply stared at me from the office, not even asking if I needed assistance. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes or so just to complete purchase. No sense of urgency

I've been satisfied, but stopped going here for that cause I have a friend who repairs guitars now.
Oh yeah but its very easy to pick out strings and restring it you are gonna have to learn at one point ....if you play alot if not then have um do it but very simple to do but yes i do believe they will do it for ya ...look on you tube hails good luck \m/
Maybe you could request for them to order some for you? They were very accommodating to order any items that were not on the floor at the time we were there.
They have both layaway and a credit card, depending on what kind of financing you require :)
You'll probably get a better answer if you call the store..
They have had them there but they can get one if they don't have it in stock
