My Brother printer was malfunctioning, and discovered that most printer repair shops would not or could not help me. Another firm referred me to Greg of Portland Printer Repair. If one could rate higher then 5 stars I would do so. I highly recommend him to anyone needing printer repair.

Just talked to Greg on the phone. While he was unable to help me with my specific printer problem (alas, I'm doomed), he was full of advice and even helped me with information on buying a new printer. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation! I'd use him in the future for sure.

I found Greg on a Google search and am TOTALLY happy with his repairs, knowledge, and professionalism! The first time he fixed our printer & cleaned it up. Soon after I called again and he stopped by same day. It ended up being such a minor issue that he didn't charge us, even though I tried more than once to offer $$$. I recently contacted him for a printer recommendation for our small business. He took the time to write a thoughtful opinion on the questions I posed. How many repairmen will take time from their busy day to do that? I am truly impressed!

Questions & Answers

Printer is fine, but I can't get it to connect to my upgraded Centurylink wifi, even after I had them add in 2G. (I did put in new pw.) It found the SSID but wouldn't connect. Did network reset and now it won't find either 5G or 2G. Can you help?

Your printer may have an IP address that is out of the range of the upgraded WIFI. Each modem has a specific range of numbers it recognizes. If you go into network settings on the printer and change configure IP to 'DHCP', the printer will automatically pull an acceptable IP address. Then you have to re-add the printer on your computer. If you need further help, just let me know the make and model. Thank you.

My Canon Pixma MG7520 inkjet printer makes poor copies (Used to be very good). I think the print head needs replacement. Can you do that?

Thank you for your question. Sorry, I do not service any consumer inkjet printers. I do not know of anyone in the area working on these kind of printers. Greg Wallaert Portland Printer Repair
