Excellent patient experience! Both of the doctors I worked with are extremely personable, professional and patient with my many problematic issues with my “tough case” eyes. Alene should be given a medal (and raise) for her excellence in helpfulness down to the tiniest details such as reminding me about my forgotten coffee cup. Where’s the button for 10 stars???

my partner set an appt for me 5/31/22 @ 2:20pm with Dr Geidd I had visited 3 Dr prior and they stated see your eye Dr and I hadn't been there for a check up since COVID. I get a call at 11:50am with no message I get another call minutes later from Eola Eyes. They stated that De Geidd called and left a detailed message that I did NOT get & the staff was cancelling my appointment cause they thought I had an ear ache. Now tell me how a Dr can see through the phone or know my symptoms. I have referred so many people to their practice & I am just blown away with the treatment!!! I have been a patient there for a few years and can't be more disappointed. I called back yesterday after going to the ENT & having no ear ache! Thanks so much for being a Dr that cares NOT!
