I had my worst experience with this place located on E colonial drive. They only had all sorts of good things before I purchased them and even the information shared was totally wrong. I bought a pair of glasses for my SON and upon purchase the sales girl informed us there are two more covers which will be handy with the warranty cover they have. One was scratch cover as it will cost only 40$ but u will be covered with any sort of scratches. So since it seems vital, I took that cover. Even before one month had passed, my son got scratched and I went to see them on a Saturday. The girl who was at reception told us this is not covered as it is a scratch and the cover was only for scratch resistance which made us blank. And she said the replacement will cost 175$ and since it's within the period of warranty can do it for 25$. So I said I was not happy with the information shared and when I bought the cover they said it's a total scratch cover. After that she said come and speak to the manager Mr: Brian whittaker on Monday . When I asked instead of coming again, can we reach him now, then their reply was he won't answer the phone for sure. Which means the manager or no one to take responsibility on a weekend , and if so what is the point of keeping the shop open? So i went on Monday to see the manager and on my way there some girl from the outlet had called my home number and told me that i need to pay 25$ according to the manager. However, I went there and spoke to a sales girl with my issue and after she came back and said only they can charge me 25 $ for replacement . I asked for terms and conditions on the scratch cover ,which they were not able to produce. and after that manager Mr:Brian came to see me as I explained the wrong information provided to me and the only thing he said was he will check who were the girls working on Sunday . And when i said they said u will not answer the phone on Saturday , his answer was , WHY should answer on my off day ????So this is very bad customer service and the manager is not willing to take any responsibility instead he is putting the blame on some others which are not manager skills. And I paid 25$ and left as i don't have any other option left. And I'm expecting an investigation on this entire matter and feedback.

I gave him 1 🌟 because it is the only way to say how bad the service is in that place. I had to make the appointment many times they did not want to talk to him for sure I had to do it myself my insurance covered everything and I ended up paying more 500, before the 2nd month a leg of my glasses broke and it took them a month to return them to me when I picked them up they had the same problem the loose legs and the broken glass I don't recommend that place to anyone the boss has to change it put a another more responsible and the man who is in front delivering the glasses when they are ready now I don't know how to do with the broken glasses

It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
If you have vision insurance, you can expect to have coverage for some aspects of care. While every vision plan offers specific benefits, they generally offer some coverage for routine care such as annual exams and eyewear. If your eye condition qualifies as a medical issue, some coverage under your medical insurance may apply. We’re happy to answer any questions on vision insurance and to work with you to optimize your benefits. Although our financial office is well versed in the complexities of insurance coverage, it’s always a good idea to review your specific benefits with your HR department or insurance carrier.
