If you go with judge Denise Waddy you will lose any case even when you are right and have all the proof. She goes by friendship with the lawyers involved in the cases. I had pictures and more than enough proof to prove my case against an apartment company but because their lawyer was her friend I lost the case and because I’m a foreigner.

Thank you for your message. We are permitted to explain court procedures but court clerks are prohibited from instructing individuals what they should or should not do, or pass judgment as to whether a party may be responsible for some action. If a lawsuit is filed a judge or magistrate would determine responsibility or liability.

Hello, our court offers a few options. Mediation is an opportunity to resolve a dispute privately outside of court by phone or online without having to file a lawsuit or come to court. Small Claims is an option to recover money by starting a civil lawsuit (complaint and court cost may be mailed). Information about both options is available at: http://smallclaims.fcmcclerk.com/

I filed in small claims court today and noticed that the plaintiff's name on the paperwork was spelled incorrectly. Does that matter, and if so, who do I contact to change it (it was just a one letter typo). Thank you!
