Originally came here to look at spaces, the manager was very helpful, and the property is clean. I ended up renting at one of their other locations due to it being closer to home but I definitely recommend it.

Sometimes it's difficult to get these kinds of things done remotely but the people at Extra Space Storage in Northborough made it a seamless, easy experience while I was thousands of miles away. My storage space in Kingston, MA was being taken over by an adjoining business and I had to make arrangements to get four rooms full of furniture and a dozen boxes of miscellaneous possessions out of Kingston ASAP. I knew a mover but trying to get information and availability from many storage places was tough. Extra Space saved the day, effortlessly for me and seemingly for them as well. Even my professional mover was impressed. Definitely worth talking with Extra Space; they know what they're doing.
