My truck broke down so the management decided to move my truck while it was in PARK. Moved it outside the trailer park and across the road hanging half way out in the street. Then decided to have it towed. $200 later after getting it out if impound, I am sitting here in space 12 just reminding myself that WHAT COMES AROUND, GOES AROUND. These managers are seriously in need of a reality check.

Great little place to call home, quiet and a small community, really good manager, Rose. Great management for helping you out if they can, this company that takes care of theses parks really dose care. I have never had a land lord that really cared as much as this company dose for all the people that live in these parks.

Park is kept clean and tidy. Homes and yards are not in disrepair and the manager is a lovely woman!

Theres one out lake blvd, not the cedarwood or oakwood, stay away from those, im am wanting to call it lakewood villa or something similar
You don't want to move here......
Just be sure to do drugs and sale them and you are in for life.
