Nice clean Mobile home Park. With swimming pool and exercise facility. Beautiful view of the Sacramento River with benches and picnic tables and BBQ pit.

Yes u can have animals but it depends on what kind they dont allow certain animals in here

Do they offer mobiles for people strictly looking to rent or does the park require that all residents own their mobile?

Rent here is 485 and u have to own ur place we got ours for 100 because it was abandoned but it's worth how ever much u pay for it and the manager genie is amazing
