Comfy beds and free walnut chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. Front desk was rude when checking in and did not offer to help us with our bags to our room. Spent $445 for one night (double room- 3 guests)and expected a better experience. No microwave in the room and breakfast not included— was an additional $25.

*Diamond Review* Traveled for business.. very friendly staff and allowed for late checkout. However, it's an older hotel. Room had old furnishings.. cracked ceilings.. rusty/stained areas in bathroom... elevators very old and slow. Took the stairs often. No Diamond parking noticed.

Bathroom in the room had a few little flies and I could see the grime and dirt under the sink while I used the toilet. The bathroom door also opened right into the toilet— the space was awkwardly tight. The room was basic. The staff member that did my check in was very kind and personable. They just need to work on the bathrooms and this place would be quite nice.

Positive: Location was good. Negative: There should be more outside seating areas. Due to covid we try to avoid lobby. Their breakfast price was very high. It should be included. There was a great place close, reasonable with many great choices. We brought in.

I don't believe so. All common areas have been made inaccessible. I would contact them for specific restrictions.
I don't know about Philly, but there are a number of rentals options at Newark.
Breakfast was available at the hotel restaurant and I did attend a wedding that offered a breakfast buffet in one of their ballrooms for all attendees the morning after.
A lot of assistance from the desk to help you. There is always someone to help you, no matter what. Lots of parking & the food was good. Always good parking & handicapped parking.
