The Front desk people that were there when I checked in were super nice. Breakfast was delicious and the one person serving everyone at breakfast was amazing. Other staff members seems to not be to helpful when I asked for help. A/C in room did not work well. I had it on 65 and room was 79. I was double billed for my stay and food purchases. When I called and spoke to a manager to ask why my full stay and purchases were billed twice he was not very nice. He told me "If you don't like it then you don't have to stay here next time.

The Staff was GREAT!! Myles who took our reservations went above beyond to find us a room at a very full hotel for a fair price. When we arrived Myles was taking care of another guest but interduce himself to us. The room was clean, well maintained and could not have been nicer.

Front desk was pleasant and polite. Was given a room and upon entering there was a smell of smoke. Ask if smoking was allowed in rooms. The reply was no. Service desk put us in another room. Other customers noticed the same in their rooms. Otherwise, I was pleased with my overnight stay.

Great hotel! Staff is fantastic, especially Patrice at the front desk. Did an awesome job! Room was clean, spacious, everything worked as supposed to. Pool was well kept, weight room clean with working equipment. I can say enough good things about my stay here, would definitely recommend to friends.
