Galaxy Toyota had the exact model, color, and trim for the vehicle that I was looking for and it was in stock, so I took a 35+ mile trip over there. The showroom/sales room was bright, clean, and very open. The price negotiation did take a little work, and was still over MSRP but all in all, it was a fair price given the chip shortage and all; and it was one of the lowest I was able to get in the region for that trim level. Being an out of state purchaser I had questions about the whole registration and plates process; I also had a vehicle trade-in. George M. along with his manager made the transaction smooth and effortless. (It does help to have all your paperwork ready and in place.) I was in and out of there in no time. Would definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with the service I got from this dealership. The first person who contacted me, Bri, helped me set up an appointment and was very understanding on the phone. She was personal and professional when addressing me. When I arrived, everything was clean. From the building to the cars, everything was spotless. The salesman who helped me, Steve T, was extremely approachable and helped the process go quickly. He was aware of my time constraints and made sure I was in and out within two hours. The service team detailed my new car and made it SHINE. I couldn't be happier with the results. As a bonus, they gave me a good price after for being a first responder. The owner is a Firefighter and although he makes sure everyone is treated with a great deal, He also will throw in a deal for first responders. Overall I couldn't find anything bad from this dealership. If I need another car they are worth the hour I drove to them.

Having purchased six cars in my lifetime now, I must say Galaxy Toyota, the experience and professionalism they display is a clear notch above the rest. Having purchased my last two cars from Galaxy, I can say it's a pleasurable experience. The salesman, George Fears and his manager Tony bring a level of professionalism that other car dealerships could learn from. Period. I'd happily recommend anyone take a look at their inventory and consider this dealership when buying your next vehicle. They're fair and we're able to close the deal each time. It was nice, and I would return. In fact I already have. I'm on my second vehicle from Galaxy Toyota.

Definitely contact Galaxy. . If your plan when you bought the vehicle doesn't cover this then you still might be able to get them to do a one time free service for them but this all depends on your plan or warranty and ensuring you speak to the Service Manager.. their usually pretty good at working with you but when you sign those dotted lines it's your responsibility to know what is covered and what you have agreed too bit it doesn't mean they won't work with you possibly sharing the cost if not originally covered.
