I know they don't clean the rooms, the floor was full of hair from people who have been there before, and the bathroom tub was dirty.

I stayed there twice & the second time around i was closer to the office & the WiFi & the TV of theirs stayed pretty much useless which is normally a deal breaker for me. Everything else was awesome!! Best towel supply for that type of stay and great on site store and over the top front desk help.
what is this .for real
Definitely in the process of renovating. Saw several old mattresses in the dumpster and my room had a new mattress and a new fridge /freezer. Shower is still being worked on, but the flooring and furniture is brand new. It actually reminded me of the boutique hotels you might see in NYC. Very nice property. There are benches outside the rooms as well as two gazebos and the pool. Highly recommended if you can get a good price <$140 weekday night.

Ever hear the phrase about putting lipstick on a pig? That perfectly describes this place, which is a disaster of a property covered with a coat of cheap Walmart paint and some second-hand spackle. Sadly, the renovation-on-the-cheap didn't include Rust-Oleum (see attached pictures) nor a plumber, as the toilet kept runing as did the faucet in the tub, which was actually missing the diverter and meant the shower didn't work. The railing on the second floor was also dangerously loose and is a lawsuit waiting to happen. (Sadly, if the property was awarded as a part of a lawsuit, you would lose money.) And in the stupidist motel move of all time, the front doors to all of the units on the first floor facing the pool and the office cannot be opened with the room key. You have to walk around back to the motel parking lot and use that door, something I would not recommend after dark. But by far the worst part of this place is the dishonesty. iPhone earbuds had been left in a room. When stopping by later, one employee said they had been turned into the front desk. The person at the front desk who hadn't been there earlier could not find them. The person who had been at the desk earlier said they hadn't been turned in. You be the judge. There are several warning signs about the pool having no lifeguard. There should be similar signs about the property itself. You've been warned. Stay at this dump at your own risk.
