I originally called to rent a unit and a few day later I had to cancel due to problems I had with the closing date on our home. I called and spoke to Shawn who cancelled by order and immediately refunded out money. A few days later I spoke to Gilbert at the call center and he was wonderful and took a lot of time with me helping me choose the correct unit. I also spoke to John the property manager at the Eatontown facility and he took so much time with me answering many questions. All in all my total experience with Extra Space has been wonderful

Gary and Jon at Extra Space Storage in Eatontown are the absolute BEST! Renting a storage unit was a simple process, downsizing to a smaller unit when it was needed was also a breeze; Gary moved me to a smaller unit only a few feet away so transferring my stuff didn’t take long at all. The facility is clean, I felt safe going there by myself and Gary and Jon go above and beyond with whatever is needed.

We have just rented a storage space at Extra Space Storage in Eatontown, NJ. Gary Abessi the facility representative was really helpful. We have not had to use a storage space before and found Gary to be informative and he explained the procedure clearly. I just wanted to take a minute to thank John & Gary for such excellent service. My husband Abe & I are new to the area and have been to several storage locations inquiring about storage amenities. We plan on relocating within the area and will definitely be utilizing them as our go to. Not only did they make us feel welcomed they also took the time to give us some local knowledge in regards to great places to visit and great restaurants to eat at.
