False advertising in my opinion on TripAdvisor. The pictures on TripAdvisor made this hotel look a lot nicer than it is. The rugs in the hallway are old and the hallway smells. We had a suite and the room was not clean and smelled too. The first night I got itchy due to the bed linens. The bath towels are not soft. Would not stay hear again. My friend stayed next door at the Sheridan and said her room was nice and renovated. Customer service was great, just not the interior of the hotel.

Positive: This is our 2nd stay here and we love the atmosphere and the location. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The daily breakfast selection varies every morning which is great. We are looking forward to our next visit soon

Very homely, surrounded by nice woods and I believe a small river. The facilities were clean the staff nice and the room was superb. Had a nice kitchen with everything included (electric stove, sink, refrigerator, cabinets, plates, utensils the works. Bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was a nice touch! Overall a positive experience, only complaint is that the managers reception is only on Wednesdays. Wish it was everyday and also the offerings aren't anything to write home too. Honestly it was the worst thing about it, prisons get better meals and snacks. Please make an effort to at least really show you care about the guests that pay money to stay in your building.

Location was perfect for my needs, however a few small issues kept me from giving it a five star rating. Rooms are quite clean, housekeeping comes twice a week but supplies are readily available should you require. Quality of buffet breakfast is certainly lacking, but was adequate to get our day started. Guest laundry was clean and readily available as was the gym. Most Homewoods are still not offering the week day evening reception, this one advertises it available on Wednesdays.
