Agonizingly slow service. I know the goal for restaurants with "unlimited" entrees is to save money by delaying the refills, but this place takes it to the extreme. We ordered the soup and salad, and were only prompted for refills once in a 45 minute stretch. The portion sizes are miserably small, with the deceptively designed bowl holding what I would estimate to be a half-cup of soup. The server had absolutely zero sense of urgency, except when he had to come back to clarify our order three times. The soup was also cold, and breadsticks refilled in groups of three which should be illegal for a party of two. I should have known better than to visit this place.

The appetizers were good and the food good for a chain restaurant so it all really equals to average. I am not saying that it is bad in any way. I would definitely go back if someone wanted to go there. I personally would go to an authentic Italian restaurant. Plus, the staff could be more attentive.

Went to a presentation at the Olive Garden and unfortunately they packed people into one area which should be unheard of due to potential health hazards from covid. I ended sore throat cough a few days later. 😫 I wonder if anyone else became sick. On a good note the eggplant they served was very good. The employees were very nice and gave excellent service to all , which couldn't be easy the way we were packed in.

The salad and soup all you can eat deal is very good. Both dishes are always very good. The entrée dishes are okay, but nothing that I personally consider great. The Bartender, Damian, is very nice. One suggestion, always ask for your bread rolls to be well done and browned. Before we started making this request, they always came out as being less than fully baked. As far as I'm concerned, they were like cheap, undercooked sub bread, or like a torpedo shaped soft white bread. Cooked correctly, they are like night and day. Certainly these bread rolls aren't worthy of complimenting a decent Italian dish when not baked properly. Anyway, I will be returning to this better than average chain restaurant from time to time.
