I am so happy with the service I received when buying a new iPad and iPhone. Ty was great at guiding me through the process and setting up my new products! The level of expertise and help exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend the Best Buy in Eatontown and especially Ty!

I want to sing the praises of Bret at Best Buy in Eatontown who managed to update my husband's 2019 Galaxy X smartphone. We had spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon. Even after connecting the phone to our laptop, Verizon was unable to update it. The phone, which was purchased in 2019, never notified us of any updates, nor would it allow us to manually update it. I have the same phone, which was also purchased a few months before my husband's. My phone was regularly and easily updated. We had procrastinated in dealing with this, but many apps were not working properly so it was time to rectify this problem. Verizon told me to bring it to Best Buy. I brought it to the Best Buy in Woodbridge. They couldn't deal with it and told me to go to Best Buy in Eatentown. It was a complicated fix, but Bret did it! It took him almost two hours, but he was patient, communicated with me throughout the process and did a great job. Thank you, Bret! You're the best of Best Buy!

Fabulous service and I went there with a friend of mine who is having computer problems and ended up to be a bad connector. And my hats off to The geek squad. I meant to say bad connector and he had a backup cord so repaired for free so to speak. Elsewhere it could have cost well over $100 to just point out a bent pin

Massive time waster. Called Best Buy customer service to find a store that was able to service Samsung devices. Was directed to this location which is over an hour from my home. Upon arrival at the store, i was then told that the store's Samsung service systems were not functioning and that i cannot have my device repaired at that location. I ended up wasting about 5 hours between phone calls, travel and talking to store employees. I was then told to got to another BestBuy location over an hour in the OTHER direction. Thank goodness i called because that BestBuy doesn't have the capabilities to service my device either. There is ZERO communication between the inner workings of this company and the customer is directed and expected to waste DAYS driving all over the state because of it... not to mention fuel being almost 5 dollars a gallon travelling hundreds of miles just to find out your time is being wasted doesn't exactly put one in a good mood.

Yes you can return it, I guess call the store beforw you go, so you can an ideia if you only have to return to the store i have bought, or to another store closer to your home
