The team at ServPro were extremely nice and informative. They helped my husband and I navigate the stressful situation of remediating the cleanup due to basement flood. My husband woke up on a Sat AM to find six inches of water in our finished basement and more flooding in from a broken waterheater. They were called at 630 AM on a Sat and Jordon immediately called me back to tell me what I needed to do and shortly after a team arrived to help. Their experience was evident because in addition to remediating the water damage quickly they were also able to provide advice and guidance on how to work with our insurance claim. Willy and Rob were extremely friendly and professional during the cleanup and were able to demo the basement while keeping the rest of my house clean and orderly. I can't say enough great things about the team!

They are AMAZING! We used SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch for a sewer backup into our lower level. Jordan Rosen, Rob and their entire crew were awesome. They came in, addressed the issue quickly, were neat and clean, and left my townhome spotless. We had another remediation company come in initially, at the request of my insurance company, and we were terribly disappointed. They did half the job, and gave us a story explaining why the job was complete before even sanitizing. We called in SERVPRO to assess at that point. We were not disappointed this time! They answered all our questions and kept us informed on the clean up process. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The SERVPRO crew is the best company to call when water creates havoc on your home. Jordan returned my within fifteen minutes, I explained my situation with my neighbors hot water heather bursting and water coming into our condo. I met with Jordan the next morning and told him the condo belong to my mother-in-law and if he would explain what would need to be done to rectify the situation, not a problem he was wonderful. Jordan kept us informed every step of the way, and he reassured us during a very stressful ordeal. They were incredibly helpful, took great care, and went the extra mile. We were on an extended vacation far from home when our neighbors called to tell us we had major leak in our home that destroyed large portion of ceilings and walls in three rooms. ServPro was there immediately to remediate. They explained damage on FaceTime call with me a thousand miles away. Josh Patterson was great in explaining what needed to be done both in remediateion and repairs. Sue and Rachel both were a pleasure to deal with throughoiut process coordinating all steps. . Then Tony came in to supervise the repairs. We came home during repairs. I was amazed that they got so much done in three days. So thorough, efficient and professional; and they left everything so clean and put back all as it was before the incident. They were reasonable in dealing with our insurance company - and a claims agent who was very aggressive and unresponsive. SerPro's crew was very helpful. I thought the work looked great but they insisted on redoing a section because they weren't happy with finish.. It seems everyone on their crew has a great deal of pridee in their work. ServPro's estimate and final invoice was fair and easy to understand.. I hope I never need their services again but I will certainly recommend ServPro to anyone who needs remediation or repairs.
