Went there for a PCR covid test. The assistant who the manager Hailey, refused to give me her name when we spoke over the phone came back with a Rapid test results and Flu results( non of which I asked for) and told me to download the app for the PCR results in a few days. I called the office 5 days later because the results were never uploaded to be told they never did a PCR. That’s the only thing I walked in there for. I spoke with Dr. Jacobovitz for 2mins and she prescribed me antibiotics. I never took those pills because I didn’t think there was a thorough exam conducted to give a prescription. They clearly do whatever they want in that office and push prescriptions. The manager was no help at all.

Everyone except one receptionist was amazingly pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care. They took care of me pretty quickly and were knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the staff once I was in the room. One thing I did notice was that not everyone was masked. Out of the 3 receptionist only 1 of them was masked. Staff working in the back almost no one was masked.

38’’ Ada compliant but not easy on wheelchair users Pls 42’’. First dr to hear I have so Many medical issues and not tell me they don’t have time for me. Pa could only order 30 day supply of a maintenance drug which requires another dr visit cost a month later! Expensive.

They made us feel very comfortable. Not like you were just a number bc you are at a clinic. The male intake person was fantastic. Made you feel welcomed and paid attention to what you were saying. Sometimes you don’t get that a private doctors office.
