Upon arriving to urgent care, I realized that it was extremely busy. Although it was busy, the front desk was able to check me in and were very polite, amongst the many individuals trying to check in. Once being seen, the PA, I believe her name was Asha, was very kind and empathetic to my concerns, as I was feeling very sick. She asked me several questions and seemed to be very thorough. Giving me very straight forward treatment. I really appreciated the quality of care I was given!! Will definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family for quick and efficient care.

Excellent service and professional staff . All the girls were very professional and helpful in all manner. I took My parents their as they needed a PCR test for going abroad we were called in timely manner , my parents were really happy cause staff gave them the extra care being older and vulnerable.Best customer experience ever.

I've been coming here half a dozen of times over the last 1.5 years since the pandemic started. You need to book an appointment online which is super easy and fast, and you will also get a text message reminder before your visit. Covid PCR test results usually come in on the next day, even though they say it might take up to 3 days. I've only had positive experience here, however during my last 2 visits I had to wait a little longer to be seen.
