This is a very nice and quiet condominium community. The head of the office. Colette is extremely friendly and very helpful, the maintenance man on property is also very friendly and helpful. We were renting a condominium from a private owner. Had lived there for 5 years. The owner sold the condominium to Deloris Smith so she became our new landlord. This woman is so rude and nasty that it is beyond anything I've ever experienced when renting a property. If you by chance are looking to rent unit I 126 and you find out your landlord is Deloris Smith. I recommend you look someplace else. If we had still been under the supervision of the prior owner, we most likely would have stayed. However, after meeting the new owner and finding out how completely nasty she is, we decided that this was not the place for us anymore. However, if you're looking to buy or rent from a different person, this is a great place to live. It's very conveniently located. They keep the property up. Nice. They have cameras to watch over the parking lots. You're close to grocery stores. Dunedin Clearwater, banks, hospitals, doctors etc. It's just right in the middle of everything. It's a great location
