Horrible experience with this company. Bought fridge and was told 1-2 months for delivery. I was understand due to the current market. It took over 3 months for delivery and I had to call them to get the updates on the install. When I had problems with the trim kit the sales person offered me a 130$ return on a 620$ trim kit. I upgraded to dealing with the Manger and he immediately just started arguing about how they are a service industry and I should be happy I got a fridge, because obviously there's no other businesses out there. Not a company I will do business again with. Edit: so since the manager wanted to respond let's talk about their 130$ offer on the 3 trim parts they are offering to buy back. The trim pack in question has a 120$ mark up over other retailers. Part is FTRMKTEZ2FL75. offer to buy back fridge of coarse leaves me without a fridge, because they have disposed of my old one they say. This could have all been avoided if the company had given me measurements to make sure the trim would have fit in the location. Edit: so since this it has been two months and after attemps to have this resolved the store has seen fit to keep the trim. When I tried to collect it I was told to speak with the manager and he wasn't in. This is merchandise that I have paid for and they have not refunded any of the money I paid them. Don't shop here they don't care anything about running an honest business.

Never purchase flooring from this company. They are cheats! They sent out a professional measurer to measure the square footage of my home for vinyl plank flooring. They gave me a bid…..wanted 1/2 down payment before ordering materials. After about 3 weeks they finally scheduled a contractor to install the flooring. Two days after starting, I was informed that they had run out of material and would have to order more to complete the job. Another 3 weeks passed and they finally sent the installers out to finish. They came in, finished installing the flooring and told me that the wood pieces for connecting the vinyl to my tile had not arrived yet, so they would have to come back. After repeated calls I was finally able to get it finished, except when they left the floor had some kind of terrible coating on it and looked filthy. I was told that I would have to mop it at least 3 or 4 times to get the film off. To this day, (1 month later) and much scrubbing on my part, the floor still looks dirty! And to top it all off they charged me for the extra supplies and installation that should have been done free as it was their measurements that were off!
