The park it’s amazing. I have been walking here tree years but I have a concern. A lot of cars SPEEDING here with LOUD music. DANGEROUS there’s kids and people walking it’s a park. Put some speed bumps or a security guard.

Very pleasant little trail around a small lake. Tucked away from the city center, it would not be possible to realize it is there without knowing it... We only went around that trail but there seemed to be a bunch more in the forest around lake. Highly recommend to take a stroll in a quiet place. Your pet or kid will also enjoy the nice little crowd of ducks. 😅

If it's the white Peking duck... I inquired with our Parks Dept Director last week...and confirmed it was a duck with either a birth defect or a 'lame leg' that is otherwise fine... able to function and authorities determined no action should be taken.
Ya there are paved roads for bikes but the trails aren't really bike able.
There is no fishing at this park, but for good reason. The water is unsanitary because of all the ducks, geese, swans and turtles. Plus people are constantly feeding the animals therefore creating bacteria.
No fishing aloud, ducks and turtles, kids always feeding the ducks, lots of 🐕 and trail walking. Sorry no fishers
Nope
I'm not sure if coggshall has nets. Contact city hall
No grills only a few picnic tables mostly park benches
Hello, I have been going to Coggshall Park for years and there is no fishing allowed and for good reason. Coggshall park is home to many ducks, geese, wild birds, turtles and ect which has led to a major increase in pollution from the feces of these animals. Furthermore, people go there to feed the birds which creates a bacteria. I am sure you would catch and release any fish caught at Coggshall, but honestly the hazard of just fishing in this water isn't worth the health risk.
I don't believe so, just regular hiking trails. However I regulary go to cogshall for walking, and have seen plenty people riding through on bikes
No they are strict for no trespassing and their is someone who works there overnights u will get caught.
Not sure if you can bring a grill to Coggshall Park, but I believe you can at the Leom State Forest
I would imagine but I think they close at 330pm now
