Great local place with relaxing view of the reservoir and a variety of trails and even a waterfall.

One of my favorite places to hike. I take my dogs and walk from Flat Rock Wildlife refuge, to Crocker Pond, or visa versa. It's pretty easy to get lost, and I have gotten lost a few times. But they put a couple maps on trees fairly recently, so I was able to find my way out. Not sure why they're calling maple trees and white pine "invasive species" and cutting them down at the top of Flat Rock. Seems more like a scheme to sell wood. They've blocked off the entire top of the hill for now, but whatever. It's still a nice place, very scenic and rustic.

No fishing allowed.
Yes you can but they prefer you have them on a leash but most people that go up their that dogs are pretty well mannered so they usually don't have them on at least unless somebody is walking on the bike such as myself and they'll put the leash on the animal
No fishing or swimming. It is a reservoir
