Actually if I have lower than 1 star I definitely put .I need to talk to higher management regarding what we felt in this place we are not feel comfortable any more in this place we are here almost 3 years we have problems with maintenance team & management office they are dealing with us as trash at place and always takeoff our staff from back yard and throw away without any notes and we are legally to put our staff in back yard . Please take our complain in concern because me my wife and baby we are not satisfied any more and we don't want goto management office any more because no body respect us over there . Not recommend for any one specsily when you have baby

Around 35 bucks in the winter but you could see 175 with the ac's running in the summer
Some are regular and some are income based....they definitely have income based!
