Tracy that works at the front desk will wait until your name is called to tell you that they don’t take your type of insurance and you’ll have to pay $180 out of pocket because you have been waiting hours and are obviously not feeling well.

This place is terrible. Receptionist is rude and mean I made an appt for 11:30 to get a COVID test it is now 1:56pm and o have yet to be seen and they just informed me that that just “missed” me honestly I would never recommend this place and I will never be returning to this place

I visited with a back injury from work in February and was given nothing to manage pain and told to stretch. Light duty for a week. Reinjured myself in April and now have 3 herniated discs. Worst urgent care I've ever been to. Currently 95 minutes into a routine employment physical for my partner with no end in sight. Go literally anywhere else.

I am with you, took six hours for them to run the Rapid test when I needed PCR. Nobody answers the phone, automated system hangs up on you constantly, nobody cares. Did a drive thru test at Beth Israel Deaconness in Chelsea yesterday and they moved more people in one hour than CareWell all day. Stay away

Yup took my copay then was told I was too large for x-ray machine. Girl who took my copay does the xrays also. Should have told me up front. My doctor told me all x-ray machines are the same. Must not have felt like working that day.
