DO NOT TAKE THE Asurion Home+ plan We took our laptop here for a window installation fix, the tech guy behind the counter told us it would be $200+ to fix it but if we subscribe to a $25 monthly plan the plan will cover it. We fell for this and paid the $25 fee. We had a ton of back and forth with uBreakiFix for the fix (took much longer than estimated, they returned the wrong computer to us, the laptop was returned with new issues, etc) but that honestly was not the biggest frustration point here. The worst part was dealing with Asurion Home+ salespeople. You can only cancel by calling. As suggested by the tech at uBreakiFix, I called a week after we registered for our plan to cancel it. The salesperson was pushy, but I assured her that we no longer needed their plan and asked her to cancel it. She said she canceled my plan and even promised to reimburse me for the portion of the month that I canceled the plan. Three weeks later (one month and 1 day after signing up for the plan), I realized not only they did not cancel my plan, but they also charged me for a second month. I called their representative and asked for a cancellation and a refund for the second month. Even though he acknowledged that I previously tried to cancel, he insisted that it “didn’t go through” and a refund was not possible for the second month and then again was very pushy in trying to convince me not to cancel. Ultimately, 2 months of the plan was cheaper than the original fixed estimate, but the blatant scamming from the plan is not worth it. Who knows how much longer my cancellation won’t “go through” so they can keep trying to charge me. So please do yourself a favor and DO NOT FALL for this as they would take your money and act as if nothing has happened.

Friendly, cheerful service. They left the water logged cell phone in the humidifier and told us if that fixed it, there would be no charge. If it needed further work, we'd have to pay. They told us up front the further work was useless and a replacement phone was necessary. I really appreciate their honesty!

Everything was fine, just took too long to pick up phone after complete. Waiting on others in front of me and at least five minutes for the credit card to process. Total time to pick up phone was about twenty minutes. Otherwise Dylan was professional and repair seems to be completed as promised. I e had good experiences with this location the other times I’ve used them too. Mark

Be aware of their dishonest and cheating business model. My laptop broke down and I gave it to this location for diagnosis. After I was told that it is unrepairable, I picked up my laptop. Few days later, I bought a new laptop. When I opened my broken laptop for memory retrieval, I found my 2 eight GB memories were missing. When I visited them and make a complaint, they just told me it was an honest mistake and gave me back my stolen memory cards. After I brought back my laptop home, I tried to retrieve the wireless card from my old laptop. To my surprise, this time, I found that my wireless card was also missing. When I visited them again, they kept saying it was another honest mistake. Personally, I do not believe their story since they should have called me back if they found these missing parts if it was a really human error. I strongly discourage any of you to do any business with this dishonesty and deceitful repair shop.
