This is the worst pharmacy. I called to verify my doctor had called in a prescription for the COVID-19 antiviral the pharmacist said I could pickup in one hour. When I got there they didn’t have the medication and it was 4:00pm. This medication is for someone who has secondary issues that make contracting COVID-19 I very serious concern. In this case time is of the essence. No stars. Please check the reviews before trusting this company.

Incompetent. For the last 2 years we have been going here and have had a lot of difficulties getting our medication. How easy of an experience you have depends on the shift and the person. Today we gave them our insurance card and they claimed it did not have enough info to be used. We used the same insurance card there last time and it was enough.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give that. Been a pattern over the past several months. Long wait times, incorrect prescription processing, horrible service! Today I needed for someone to fix a prescription, was on hold for 20 minutes before an oriental sounding woman picks up and says she can't help as they are too busy (why pick up the phone in the first place!). She said she will call back after 5:30 but never did (she clearly never intended to). Horrible attitude and awful service!
