Setup appointment for 3. Its 3:22 and im still waiting. The banker thats supposed to see me is still laughing and joking around with her 2:30 appointment taking her sweet time. Nice.

Went to the drive up window to make a withdrawal for $220. Other locations asked me how I wanted my bills. Roshawn, gave me $20s if I wanted 20s I would have gone up the atm. Maybe I should have stated how I wanted it. Like I said other locations always ask.

Apparently, even though federally insured and the bank that my husband trusts with his money for the past 40 years, you have to give them your debit card to turn rolled coins into paper cash. Less than $20 of paper cash at that. And if it is not rolled, forget about it. Now I know they have coin sorters. If they don't, they should. And rude. They treated me like scum of the earth because I came in with coins.
