Always love Einstein Bagels - first time at this location though. Took longer to get my drink than my food, and had finished my bagel before my drink was even prepared. Went to use the restroom - and they could use some improvement / cleanliness. Food was good, and the drink was good.

I keep supporting this place, hoping they can turn it around. Lovely space, lots of room. They're always out of coffee. If they could just brew it and set it out, we patrons could take it from there ( it is self serve ) I understand there's a help shortage, seems to be plenty of help today. So this Einstrin's, still on probation.

Pleasant experience at this location. Polite and friendly team, hands on manager running around to make sure things are handled properly. Order was made correctly and fast. Sitting here past 6 AM. No signs, no workers, no information. Just, not open. Getting really tired of this unprofessional business etiquette. If you short on employees, put a sign up.
