I have been on the monthly plan for I guess three years or more now. It is a pretty nice plan. The car wash personnel are nice enough, but the wash equipment has gone down hill. Cleaning rags have been replaced by a roll of paper. Water to wet the paper is not available, instead spray bottles, most them not spraying are attached to the towel rack. Inside the wash, I can’t remember when all the sprayers were working properly at the same time. For the longest time it was the rinse sprayer, especially the left one. So you left with blown off soap on one side of your car. Last time the right side overhead soap and water sprayer was plugged up so all the water forcefully came out the left side. One side of the vacuum system is now pretty much without leaks so you can vacuum afterwards. So, I think this is an ok car wash for the money, but don’t set your expectations on results too high.

I purchased the unlimited car washes, but shortly after, my vehicle was hit in an accident and had to go to the body shop so I didn’t get to use the membership. I went online to cancel the membership which I thought I successfully did until my card was charged. I called to have the the charge removed and Emily from corporate states that since she was unable to locate the cancellation she would not be able to refund me, well dughh that’s why I’m calling because obviously the cancellation did not go through. This was poor customer service at its finest, I’ve been treated better at McDonald’s.

I’ve been a member here since 2015, and I am a “shine it” club member. Great quality wash for one of the oldest corporate level car washes in GA. The current management team is on point, and will correct any flaws you have regarding your wash as long as you ask them and let them know the issue. I went the other day, and did not get a good shine on my tires, I informed them and one of the managers went to the back to check it out. He corrected the issue and I went through again and it came out perfectly! I was told a remodel is coming soon and I can’t wait to see it!

We canceled our subscription to this location because we moved away in June of this year. They confirmed the cancellation but have still charged me for the last six months.
