Do not trust these people. I have worked for them for over a decade and want out so bad. Amy Price is a evil woman who does not care for her clients or her staff. They call direct care staff “heroes” but do everything they can you degrade and humiliate them. They say safely at home collecting a check while direct care staff showed up to work every day during the pandemic, and they still to this day refuse to give us hazard pay. Stay far away from this place.

I have been trying for 2 days to get though and I'm not sure what's going on, but I keep getting hung up on before I can even get a person on the line. I waited for over 2 hrs yesterday on hold and then it hung up. I can't get online either because even though I put in the correct password and user name it's not working. Between my husband and I we've called about 16 times in 2 days and can not get through.

I have called dshs every single day for almost two weeks. I've recieved the following *An automate recording telling me "All representatives are busy, please try your call again." Then it just hangs up on me. *Holding for 2 hours for a representative to get on the line at 12:10, telling me that thier system was down and for me to try again later. *Holding for 2+ hours to be told that due to the volume of calls, it would be another 90 minutes. *Today - my expected wait would be 14 minutes and here I sit... and hour and 20 minutes later. I've decided that i will stay summarized because i literally have to hang before I have a meltdown. Oh..and my battery is dieing. Kind of like me

You can call them and speak to someone. But you need to explain to them how you want them to help and explore the resources they have for you
You can actually call and make an appointment at one of the locations and they will print you one there. I just did it myself at the beginning of May
