10/10 experience. I went in to check out the Sebo D4 and Sebo E3. Both owners/employees were very attentive and they gave me more information that I knew to even ask They let me try both machines, asked about my home (sq. footage, floor type, etc.) so they were really helpful in deciding which type of machine would be best for me and my needs. For some reason, I kind of liked how the D4 looked; however, they suggested the E3 for me and felt I would be happier. I felt this was genuine as the D4 is $300-$400 more expensive and they didn't try to get me to just buy this one. So, I returned the next day and purchased the E3. Couldn't be happier with it. If you're in the market for a vacuum or aren't sure if you want to spend more than a few hundred dollars on a vacuum, buying a Sebo or Miele is an investment but they will last longer and save you money in the long run. They clean better, filter better, and will last a long time. I'll definitely return to this location for any needs.

My Brissel has been in their hands for going on now 6 weeks. I’m sick and tired of trying to get an answer of what’s going on. I understand they need to wait for Brissel , but why is it Every time I call , I’m given another reason why it’s not done. And told I’ll be called or texted back by a certain time. It’s Saturday, I was due for a “text” since Wednesday. Unless you want a headache stir clear.
